KAJAY [KAY-jay]

I started KaJay Designs simply because I wanted to make more art. While I enjoyed my time a both small and large agencies, I wanted to create a broader spectrum of art and to be somewhat more in control of projects that came across my desk. Taking things into my own hands let me fuel my craving for learning new skills (ie all of the business skills I didn’t go to school for) and sharpen my creative skills across print, digital, and environmental (creative, production & fabrication) spaces that I already have.

Having quenched my thirst for career independence and working with a gamut of startups to corporations, I’m excited to aim back towards agency opportunities for a few reasons! The most important reason is, with all of these new creative perspectives and freelance/entrepreneur experiences, I have a whole lot more to bring to the round table.

Want to know something cool? My brand has had the pleasure of reaching across the US and to several countries across the globe by means of stickers I created from my logo. I started gathering posts and photos that people have shared with my mountain stickers over the past few years and the results blew my mind!
